Job Title:
Account Coordinator

Job Summary:
Coordinates client projects from inception to completion. Acts as liaison between Account Executive and internal departments. Assists in administering client requests and works in tandem with the rest of the team to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Follows up with internal departments providing comments, relaying client requests, and closely checking for details and consistency
• Generates timelines and assists in managing project schedules
• Maintains and updates status reports; schedules conference calls/meetings to discuss status; prepares conference reports and minutes
• Assists in other project tasks as needed

Experience Guidelines:
• 0 to 2 years of experience in account management in an agency environment.
• Strong interactive background a plus

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
